We received a Capacity Building Grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce in 2024.
The funding will help us to assess and identify areas of need and improvement within our growing organization. Through new staff hires, and human resources and other contracts, we will be able to increase service capacity and functionality within our reservation community.
The funding for our marketing budget will help us be able to increase donor participation which will, in turn, increase programmatic delivery to our Native students and the ability to reach more students.
A larger office space will allow us to have space needed for new staff and to run certain programs for larger amounts of students through this improved space. The new software will help us to have clarity in donor development and organization among our Board of Directors.
